1. Service and accounts

Freight Register organizes loads, fuel, repairs, other expenses and settlements. Company owners and owner-operators register an independent company. A verified Apple purchase automatically activates that company’s access without waiting for manual approval. The platform owner can also create companies and grant complimentary licenses. Administrators create driver accounts. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and be authorized to enter other people's data. Registration does not establish legal identity. The new registration flow verifies access to the email address using a code.

2. Data and purposes

We process names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, identifiers, companies, roles, carriers, entered routes, dates, miles, amounts, expenses, agreements, weekly statuses, payment confirmations and acceptance of terms. Authentication and technical connection logs help operate and protect the service. We record first sign-in for account administration. Recent activity for statistics and improvements is optional and can be disabled under Privacy without losing core features. We do not request GPS, phone contacts, Social Security numbers or bank details. We do not sell data, display advertising or track users across apps.

3. Access and providers

Each company’s operational and accounting data is private and separate from other companies: loads, income, expenses, receipts and settlements are not displayed to other companies or their users. Within a company, its authorized owners and administrators may view its records; each driver accesses their own data according to their permissions. Freight Register’s global administration panel, including the app owner’s panel, does not display other companies’ accounting records. It does manage registration and contact details, accounts, roles, licenses and access notices. These in-app permissions do not prevent technical database access by those administering the server and infrastructure to operate, maintain and secure the service. Supabase processes cloud authentication and storage. WhatsApp, email and PDF recipients you choose are external and subject to their own terms. Resend delivers account access, registration, subscription, license and support emails using the recipient address and the minimum message details. Support replies may be forwarded to the operator’s mailbox through Cloudflare. Service messages sent from the management panel are delivered individually without exposing other recipients’ addresses.

4. Device and synchronization

We keep a local copy of data your account may access and pending changes. Sync requires a connection and may be delayed when the app is closed or a week is locked. Changing providers requires a planned migration, not indiscriminate automatic restoration. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the device can remove the local copy. Sessions use operating-system protections. Biometrics and the device passcode are checked on the device; we do not receive your face or passcode. Permission changes are checked online; downloaded data may remain available offline.

5. Retention and your rights

We retain data as needed to provide the service, handle pending requests or meet applicable legal obligations. Use your account options to access, correct or request deletion; contact us for other inquiries. Shared records are reviewed during deletion, and any legally required retention will be explained. Previously shared PDFs and external copies are not automatically deleted; technical backups expire according to their retention cycle. Signing out does not delete your account.

Go to Account → Delete my account to submit a request without a call or email. Manual review is estimated to take up to 7 days; check that screen or Deletion status on the sign-in screen for receipt and completion. Suspending an account is not deletion. The request does not authorize deleting other people’s accounts. If you have an Apple subscription, cancel it separately through your Apple Account; deleting your account or the app does not cancel renewal.

6. Calculations and payments

Administrators configure agreements; drivers can propose changes subject to approval. Changes apply from the selected time. Submitted weeks are locked for drivers and administrators may reopen them for corrections. Fuel and revenue splits follow the agreement. Repairs can be shown separately or included in calculations according to the configured agreement, taking into account who paid upfront and each party’s share. A payment confirmation means administration reported a payment; the app does not verify or transfer funds. Users must check the amounts. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice or file taxes or 1099 forms.

7. Licenses and changes

On iOS, paid plans use Apple in-app purchases: individual at US$4.99 monthly, or a company with unlimited drivers and administrators at US$9.99 monthly or US$99.99 yearly. The individual plan does not allow additional drivers or administrators. Apple’s purchase sheet confirms the applicable price and terms before purchase. Each company has its own subscription; one Apple Account can pay for up to two independent companies. A verified purchase activates access automatically. If Apple offers an eligible account a 3-day trial, it starts when the subscription is confirmed, not when the account is created. The selected plan is then charged and automatically renews until canceled through Apple; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the charge. The Freight Register owner may grant and manage complimentary licenses for the duration shown in the app; no purchase is required while they remain valid. Granting a complimentary license, suspending or deleting a company does not cancel an Apple subscription or issue a refund. Cancellations and refund requests are handled through Apple. Access depends on a valid subscription or license and may be suspended for expiration, violations or security. Report errors or unauthorized access to support. We will publish changes to these terms and request renewed acceptance where appropriate. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

8. This website

This website is informational. It does not collect registrations or payments: download buttons lead to the App Store. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical connection data needed to deliver and protect it, such as IP addresses and request data. This website does not include advertising analytics or registration forms. When you open the App Store, WhatsApp or email, the relevant provider’s policies apply.
